GED Instructor, Part-time - Carroll County Campus

Location: Carroll Campus - Carrollton, GA

Department: Adult Education

Reports to: Dr. Richard L. Robinson, Vice President

FLSA Designation: Part-time

Nature of Duties: Provides instruction in academic areas (Reading, Writing, English, Mathematics).  Instruction is according to the individual needs of each participant as measured by pre-testing.  For those students who demonstrate readiness for GED preparation, instruction includes writing skills/essay, social studies, and science, in addition to appropriate levels of math, reading/literature.

Minimum Qualifications: A four year degree from an accredited college or university.

Preferred Qualifications: :  Preference may be given to applicants with previous teaching experience.

Salary/Benefits: $16.00/Hour, 5 Hrs/week - no Benefits, Tuesday & Thursday, 6:00-9:00 pm
