Adjunct Welding Instructor - Evening

Location: Coweta Campus (Newnan, GA)
Department: Trade & Technology
Nature of Duties: The Welding Instructor is responsible for teaching adult students in a classroom/lab environment that closely simulates the environment of the welding industry. The instructor provides instruction in the theory and practical applications of welding.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have completed a postsecondary training program in welding at an accredited private or public postsecondary institution
- Must possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. certification
- Must have a minimum of one out of the past seven years verifiable field experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching experience at the postsecondary level
- Associate’s Degree in teaching field or related discipline
Salary/Benefits: Pay is based on an established pay scale for adjunct instructors. No Benefits.
