Institutional Effectiveness

Institutional Effectiveness is the term West Central Technical College uses to describe the system and methods for not only assessing student achievement, but also evaluating the effectiveness of the College’s personnel, finance, facilities and learning resources – the total operation.  In short, it’s the system we use to tell us when we have met our goals and how we ensure continuous improvement.  The major components of the system are communication, planning, implementation, evaluation and assessment.
