When making reservations for your event at one of our Conference Center locations, please have the following information available to aid the Conference Center Coordinator in planning for your needs:
What is the date and time of your event?
How many people are expected to attend your event?
Do you need a registration table?
What type of seating arrangement best fits your groups needs?

Banquet Style (round tables with 6 or 8 chairs each)

Classroom Style (18in. x 8 ft. tables with two chairs each)

Theater Style (rows of seats with a wide center aisle)

Board Room (three tables in a “U” arrangement)

*If you are using a caterer, please have his or her name and phone number available. The Conference Center Coordinator will be happy to assist you in finding a caterer if you do not already have one. Payments must be made directly to the caterer. The kitchen is available to one caterer per day on a “first come, first served” basis. Kitchen rental fees do apply. The Conference Center Coordinator will be happy to assist you in booking training facilitators, florists, entertainment, and photographers. Special equipment (i.e. dance floor) may be rented for your event with advance notice.
