In our continued commitment to serving the West Georgia area, West Central Technical College is proud to offer conference center facilities in Douglas and Haralson counties.  These facilities are available to the public for conferences, banquets, and other special events.

Our beautiful 7200 square foot Douglas Conference Center located at 4600 Timber Ridge Drive, Douglasville, GA  30135 has a full banquet seating capacity of 420 and an auditorium capacity of 650.

The newly constructed Murphy Conference Center (Haralson) located at 176 Murphy Campus Blvd., Waco, GA  30182 boasts a floor plan with approximately 11,000 square feet with accommodations for approximately 650 in banquet seating and approximately 1200 in auditorium seating.

Both facilities feature state of the art technology and an in-house catering kitchen and may be divided into three sections to accommodate multiple smaller events.

In addition to the conference area, smaller rooms are available for board meetings, classes, and other events requiring minimal space.  These room layouts include classroom style, boardroom style, and seminar style.  Classrooms may be equipped with computers and are available for computer training or distance learning classes.

The conference centers are available for rent Tuesday-Saturday.  A $100 refundable damage deposit is required when reserving a room.  Audiovisual equipment, staging, piano, and kitchen facilities will be available upon request.  The conference center coordinators at both branches will be happy to assist you in scheduling caterers, florists, and entertainment for your event (separate payment is required for these services.)  Both conference centers offer free, on-site parking.

**Set up fees apply for use of the facility the day prior to the event.  All groups requiring access to the facility for decorating and other set-up prior to the day of the event will be charged.  The Conference Center will close at 11:59pm.  Groups who have not left the facility by that time will be charged full rental fee for a second day.
All fees include extra employees for the event.  (special cleaning costs; additional operating expenses)
